Discovery Manager sends out fully customizable litigation hold notices to selected custodians and tracks their acknowledgements for all lawsuits and investigations. A built-in workflow system can notify custodians to preserve documents and track their acknowledgements for litigation purposes. Surveys can also be built and tracked within Discovery Manager. With real-time policy management, periodic reminders can be sent out automatically for the duration of the case.

CUSTODIAN PORTAL

The Custodian Portal provides end-user access to preservation notifications and surveys. It lets end users view all preservation notifications and surveys that they have acknowledged in the past and the status of the preservation orders that are still in effect.
